To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $20 is required. This deposit is to be sent to info@raeraesplace.com and applied to the overall cost of your service. Remaining balance can be paid via e-transfer, cash, or debit/credit card.
Standard Cancellation
A 24HR notice is required for all cancellations. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment start time result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may lead to a ban from the booking site. Thank you for your understanding.
Late Arrival to Appointment Cancellation
Please note if you arrive more than 15 minutes after appointment start time without communication with me, it will be classified as a "no show". Appointment may be modified if client arrives late. This will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and a ban from the booking site.
No-show Policy
Your appointment is important to us. Please note that if you fail to show up without prior notice, our cancelation policy will be enforced. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
After Hours Appointments
Appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours will incur an additional charge of $10 on top of the service fee. This is subject to the technician's availability. For after hour appointments, please inquire via email at info@raeraesplace.com or via Instagram DM @raeraesplace.
