To secure your appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $20 is required. This deposit will be applied to the overall cost of your service Please note that the remaining balance can be paid via e-transfer or in cash. Thank you for your understanding!
Standard Cancellation
Please note that a 24-hour notice is required for all cancellations. Any cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment start time result in the forfeiture of your deposit and may lead to a ban from the booking site. Thank you for your understanding.
Late Arrival to Appointment Cancellation
It is important to note that if cancel your appointment within 15 minutes the scheduled time, it will be classified as a "no show." This will result in the forfeiture of your deposit and a ban from the booking site. Please to manage your bookings accordingly to avoid any inconvenience.
No-show Policy

After Hours Appointments
Appointments scheduled outside of regular business hours will incur an additional charge of $10 on top of the service fee. This is subject to the technician's availability and will take place at Rae Rae’s Place home studio in Vaughan. For available times, please inquire via email at info@raeraesplace.com.
